We are a Pressure Washing machinery, Floor care equipment and Large chemical distributor whose primary objective is to provide solutions in the pressure washing industry and unbeatable service to a variety of industries including, but not limited to, Industrial, commercial, contractors, education, agriculture, and government.
This position will focus on developing marketing strategies for ABM campaigns, New business development, brand awareness, and much more.
Most importantly, our Marketing Director is responsible for growing our market share in a profitable manner working with our sales/service team as well as our vendors.
Essential Job Function Maintain relationships; establish plans for the retention and subsequent growth of customers in the sales territory.
Prospect for new customers and cold call prospective customers to solicit new business.
Market to our existing customer base of 1800
Customers Communicate effectively with service/office team to ensure outstanding customer/sales support.
Develop knowledge of strategic products and product lines.
Help achieve annual sales targets while maintaining acceptable gross profit levels.
Provide market information and feedback as required.
Additional or more specific job duties to be assigned.
Requirements Ability to work independently, seek guidance when needed, and demonstrate honesty and integrity.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to calculate figures and amounts (e.
g.
discounts, margins, percentages, etc.
).
Effective time & resource management, adept at managing multiple projects and priorities.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, and Word).
Communication skills must be articulate both in written and oral skills and must possess excellent negotiation skills and be able to build strong relationships.
Must be customer focused with a willingness to go the extra mile for the achievement of business objectives.
Prior experience in Pressure washing equipment and the chemical industry is a plus but not required.
Candidate must be a self-starter, results oriented and a strong team player with the drive to grow a territory teeming with potential.

Strong critical thinking/trouble shooting skills.
